A favourite in our Hertfordshire Bakery.... the phenomenal Carrot & Walnut layer cake with cream cheese frosting. Two layers of luxurious, succulent & nutty carrot & walnut sponge sandwiched with cream cheese frosting. Topped with more cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with walnut pieces. Serves 15 people.
