Cancellations & Refunds
Upon placing an order with us if you would like to cancel we would need at least 14 days notice before your collection date. To request a cancellation please email info@hertfordcakecompany.co.uk with your name and order number.
If you would like to rearrange the date for your order we would also require 14 days notice before your collection date. The new date requested will be subject to availability but we will do our best to accommodate such request.
Unfortunately for any orders cancelled less than 14 days before the collection date, we are unable to accommodate any refund.

Collections
All collection addresses and times are highlighted upon ordering and on the order confirmation. Please arrive to collect your order in good time and within the allocated time slot. We cannot guarantee a member or staff will be present outside of those times.
Please inspect your order upon collection and notify us immediately if there is anything wrong with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once your order has been collected or delivered, Hertford Cake Co holds no responsibility for damages etc.
